This class will emphasize yoga for flexibility to complement overall fitness and movement. Each class is progressive in style and will build on the class prior.

When: Tuesdays from 11am-12pm CST (in studio only; no virtual option)
Dates: May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th (Please attend at least 3 classes.)
