This Gyrokinesis® class will focus on strengthening bones and preventing osteoporotic fractures.

We will flow through a class based on the level 1 format, safe for someone with osteopenia or osteoporosis*. We will flow through standing, seated and floor sequences, some familiarity with Gyrokinesis is recommended. There will be time at the end of the live class to ask questions. Class will be recorded if you can't make it live.

*May not be appropriate for someone with severe osteoporosis with a previous osteoporotic fracture.

Props Required: stool, mat and theraband (theraband not necessary but recommended)
