You'll flow through traditional & contemporary functional Pilates exercises along with variations and sequences designed to challenge your entire body and leave you feeling fantastic.
Props needed: Pilates and/or Yoga Mat, Pilates Ball (Roll of paper towel or toilet paper are great alternatives), Flat Band or Tube (pair of leggings are a great alternative).
