Jennifer Bochantin, M.Ed. has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999. She is a graduate of Kaleidoscope School of Massage in University City, MO. Since her first exposure to CORE Myofascial Release work (a form of structural integration affecting the fascial system of the body) when her own back pain was positively affected while she was in massage school, she became passionate about learning and applying that work to her clients. Jennifer has honed her skills in applying this work, and other modalities like Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, and pre-natal massage, over the last 16 years in several settings. She has been able to help new runners to marathoners and ultra-runners, as well as first-time sprint distance triathletes up to Ironman triathletes, aiding her clients with injury prevention, improved performance, and shortened recovery time. Jennifer looks forward to assessing you and your body to tailor your session to your specific needs and goals, and utilizing her varied skills to help you achieve them.

Peggy has been a massage therapist since 2000. She is trained in the following modalities: Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Repetitive Use Injury, and Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymph Drainage. Her goal as a therapist is to use all of her tools to give her clients the best care.
In 2011 Peggy was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. She fought hard while receiving all of her treatment and was fortunate to have a great support system. While fighting for her chance to keep living, she took a good look at her life and decided she was working too much and not enjoying life enough. She gave up her massage business, but it didn't last very long.
Peggy found a modality that really hit home with her called Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). MLD is used to help cancer survivors who suffer from lymph edema due to their cancer treatment. She felt as if this was her calling, to help people living with the side effects of having cancer. What she didn't realize is that MLD helps with so much more, including relief of chronic pain, sinus issues, low energy and a weakened immune system. To read more about these benefits please go to my website betterlifemassage.net. MLD has become a very powerful tool in Peggy's massage arsenal.
Peggy chose to learn the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage, as it is the most extensive program available in North America. It is also the only program that teaches the original, unadulterated version of the Vodder technique. One must complete 160 hours of initial training, as well as many hours of continuing education, to ensure the integrity of the methodology.
Peggy believes that Massage Therapy is a wonderful part of health and wellness. She knows that tight muscles can lead to postural problems and then chronic pain sets in. Getting a massage on a regular basis can help correct those issues and ensure the pain stays away.
