Become a Certified Instructor

Are you interested in becoming an instructor? We offer teacher training courses in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, as well as a variety of workshops throughout the year.

There are two in-depth teacher training programs available for those interested in teaching. The GYROTONIC® Level 1 Teacher Training Program and the GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Teacher Training Program. After successful completion, trainers continue to develop their teaching skills by taking specialized courses. As the methods are complementary, some people choose to pursue training in one of the methods, while some study both.
