Workshop Registration Policies

Pre-requisites

All Pre-requisites must be fulfilled prior to the training according to the educational guidelines of GYROTONIC® Headquarters.

Registration is only approved after the deposit has been received.

Deposits

All trainings require a nonrefundable registration deposit. If travel expenses are necessary for the instructor, an additional travel fee might be added to deposit. Once we receive your registration and deposit, your spot in a training is secured. The remaining balance for all trainings is due on the first day of the course.

Attendance/Make-Up Sessions

It is mandatory to attend the entire course to be considered for a certificate. All students are expected to be present at all times. Make-up sessions are only for emergency circumstances and are subject to additional fees. Make-up sessions are also subject to the schedule of the Master Trainer and may not be available during the course of the training. Therefore, all students are expected to adjust their personal schedules in order to meet the attendance requirement for each course.

Cancellation Policy

Once registered, please let GSTLC know immediately if you are unable to attend. Studio fees are not refundable. GYROTONIC® Saint Louis Central reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this event, all paid course fees will be refunded.
