Christine Kardell
Christine is an independent certified GYROTONIC® Level 2 trainer and GYROKINESIS® instructor.
She offers students of all levels the essential guidance and instruction to realize their full potential effectively and safely. She teaches private lessons to young dancers and conducts movement workshops throughout the Midwest.
She has comprehensive ballet pedagogical knowledge. She completed the GYROTONIC® Applications for Dancers course and is certified to teach on the specialized Jumping-Stretching Board and Leg Extension Unit.
She is earning her GYROKINESIS® certification and trains in the GYROTONIC® Expansion System Method, a movement, rehabilitation, and body conditioning system created by Juliu Horvath.
She is also a choreographer, yoga practitioner, and movement educator. Previously, she owned and operated the dance studio, DuFrenne Dance Academy.
