MICHELLE CONTRINO

Michelle is a certified GYROTONIC® instructor and a certified licensed BeMoved® instructor.  

A professional dancer for over 30 years, she is a seasoned instructor, faculty member, choreographer, and performer.

As a dancer, she performed on a variety of stages from music videos to the Springfield Ballet.

Michelle has a BA in Dance Performance from Arizona State University and an MFA in Dance Performance and Pedagogy from Texas Woman’s University.
