In this one day online review, Justine reviews all the course material into three 1 hour classes. Ending with a discussion on DXA scans, programming and questions on modifications such as in the case of osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis.

Class Two: 11:15am-12:15pm; Osteoporosis
Class Three; 12:30pm-1:30pm; Osteopenia
Class Four: 1:45-3pm (depending on how long the discussion goes); DXA Review
